We are currently accepting applications for an Account Manager to join our team in Dania Beach, FL.
 
This is an outside sales position. This position often requires working non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to better assist the customers needs.

Requirements: 
  • Must be comfortable withstanding temperatures of 35 degrees.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
  • Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with Company account goals.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals. 
  • Be informed of market conditions, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
  • Follow all company directives. 
  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
  • Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, company meetings, etc.
  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and clients.
  • Troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.)
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Assist with the training of new employees as requested.
  • Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special orders, sales and data.
  • Perform administrative duties, processing credits and pick-up request.
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 3 YRS. Foodservice sales experience.
  • Basic pc skills and proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel.
  • Reside or willing to work geographical within the vicinity of territory.
  • Valid drivers’ license with a “clean” driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
  • Must sign non-compete/arbitration agreement.
  • Ability to read, write, speak English.
