- 10+ years of field operations experience within the produce industry (mandatory)
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to shift/push/tip and/or move up to 85 lbs. (an avocado bin)
- Ability to logically analyze and resolve problems
- Be ambitious and a self-starter
- Day to day management of the northern field office personnel
- Planning, organizing and directing field operations (daily monitoring, weekly crop strategy, monthly crop estimates)
- Communicating with growers, farm managers, transportation and harvest operations in the pursuit of volume growth
