We are a market leader in the mango category distributing to the entire country through FOB points in New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and California.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsible for bringing and maintaining grower relationships in a complementary category with other non-mango commodities.

Create and develop the next major category of produce to complement our strong track record of growth in mangos.

Must have relationships on both the grower side and the customer side to drive growth.

Implement business development plans for volume and revenue growth.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Represent our company in a professional manner and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:

Must have strong grower relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of the produce industry and market trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
