Our sister company Golden Gate Nut Company offers oil roasted chickpeas/garbanzos, fava beans and other tasty items. Golden Gate Nut also houses a complete state-of the art Nut processing plant and custom roasting services. Cold storage facilities, shipping docks and several warehouses are also available at the Ripon location.
We are URGENTLY seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to implement and enforce Quality Control and Food Safety programs for maintaining best quality and safe food products.

Requirements:

Detailed knowledge of sanitation and pest control programs.

Develop and implement food safety and quality training programs.

Coordinate the food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Ensure that the plant operates in accordance with good manufacturing practices and is in compliance with federal and state regulatory policies.

Establish quality control processes for evaluating and receiving food components from suppliers.

Responsible for coordinating and responding to customer complaint issues and follow through corrective action in the plant with timely responses and solutions.

Evaluate, analyze, and present information on food safety programs and manufacturing problems.

Identify workplace safety hazards and develop ideas and solutions to correct promptly.
Qualifications:

Ability to manage individual workflow effectively.

Able to adapt to changing requirements.

Strong commitment to performing and producing at the highest levels.

Must possess current knowledge of the industry’s food safety regulations, health and safety and hazard prevention.

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

Certification and training in HACCP, PCQI, SQF
