To aid in our growth, we are now searching for a Vice President of Sales to join our team in beautiful Pompano Beach, FL.

This position will be responsible for business development, oversee the management of the sales department, and will develop and manage the annual marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership and continuous improvement in a team environment. This person will lead by example, encouraging innovation while setting goals and making timely decisions. This individual will be expected to energize and develop the sales and supporting staff.

Requirements and skills:

  • Requires 5-10 years' experience in sales leadership role with a fresh produce company
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
  • Proven leadership experience
  • High-energy self-starter
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
