Job Description:
A local blueberry farm is looking for a farm manager.
This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the blueberry industry and participate in the success of a leading edge blueberry business.
This position will manage and execute the daily farm operations, production planning, spray applications, nutrition management, irrigation, crop scouting, harvest coordination and record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have an agricultural background, preferably with blueberry or nursery operations and the ability to manage a farm.
This is a hands on management position where the candidate will leader a group of 2-4 employees.
