We have an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable / Receivable clerk to join our team in Fort Worth, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for posting payments, running weekly AR statements, contacting past due customers, and reporting any issues. Additionally, they will be entering all freight invoices and making sure quantities are correct in Produce Pro versus what is signed for. They will send remittance statements to vendors after payments are made and additional accounting functions as required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Accurate data entry and general math skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Initiative to identify and develop procedures to make AR/AP processes more efficient
  • Capable of effectively communicating with vendors, customers, co-workers and employees
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail     

 This is a part time position, which may be upgraded to full time in the future.
