Are you a seasoned produce sales professional with a passion for building lasting customer relationships and delivering high-quality product to market?
We’re partnering with a well-respected, fast-growing produce company to find a Sales Executive based on the East Coast. This individual will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across retail, foodservice, and wholesale channels in the US market.
This is a remote role with regular travel. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-driven, and eager to be part of a tight-knit team that values quality, service, and long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow sales of premium fresh fruit with an emphasis on retail, foodservice, and wholesale channels.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
- Own the full sales process: prospecting, presenting, order entry, logistics follow-through, and after-sale service.
- Work closely with internal operations to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery.
- Travel regularly to visit clients and attend key produce industry events.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years fresh produce sales experience, ideally with fruit.
- A proven track record of growing business in retail, foodservice, or wholesale channels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — with both buyers and internal teams.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfort with a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented culture.
- Proximity to a logistics hub is a plus (but not required).
- Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
