As a National Account Manager, you will lead the charge in managing key accounts, developing innovative strategies, and building a high-performing team of Account Managers in a rapidly growing company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Manage Accounts: Serve as the primary contact for national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profit targets on a national scale.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain deep connections with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Analyze and Innovate: Use data-driven insights to identify trends, forecast performance, and create impactful solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Operations, Marketing, and other departments to meet customer needs and drive business innovation.
- Ensure Excellence: Monitor account performance, address challenges, and align efforts with company goals.
- Build and Lead Teams: Guide, coach, and develop a successful team of Account Managers to achieve excellence.
- Champion the Foster Brand: Represent Foster as a trusted partner and advocate for our mission and values.
