We have an immediate opportunity for a Farm Business Manager in our Tres Picos facility located in Five Points, CA.
The Farm Business Manager will coordinate and oversee administrative duties in an office, and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. This includes accounts payables and receivables, assisting with Human Resources matters, as well as compliance matters with the appropriate agencies.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with demonstrated experience in accounting, Finance, and Operations Management. Additional qualifications required include excellent listening skills, strong analytical skills, and a self-solve attitude. And have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of farm office management experience with an emphasis in accounting, finance and systems.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish in all circumstances, including over the phone, email and in person.
- Must have strong written, verbal interpersonal and cross-cultural skills to communicate and work with, employees, team-members, supervisor, management, and other external stakeholders.
