We are accepting resumes for our Ecommerce Marketing Manger to join our team.

Working from their,  home/remote office The Ecommerce Marketing Manager has a passion for ecommerce and driving exponential growth with key customers while leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset, building off ideas to create greater growth and impact for the organization. The individual combines a deep understanding of grocery ecommerce customers and the role of Instacart with a desire to continue learning quickly and deeply about these important ecommerce players.

The purpose of this role is to assist and accelerate our ecommerce capability by working across multiple key stakeholders to bring brand plans to life with our associated retail customers and their consumers. It will be instrumental to build strong relationships with internal business units, sales teams and our external customer teams. This role will work hand in hand with our category management team and user experience and customer relationship marketing managers while serving as a point of contact for our external partner firms.

What qualifications are required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, systems management or marketing
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce business, consumer mindset, digital user experience, digital design frameworks and processes (research, design, development, etc.)
  • Experience working in grocery ecommerce and with Software as a Service (SaaS) product data tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Gladson, Bitly, HubSpot, 1 World Synch)
  • Ecommerce search, media and digital merchandising experience
  • Understanding of retailer landscape including their ecommerce platforms

What qualifications are preferred?

  • Strong understanding of Content Service Providers (e.g. SalsifyKwikeesyndigo) role in building grocery ecosystems. (CSPs are technology partners that assist brand manufacturers to streamline the process of getting product data to retailers).
  • Proven relationships with third-party grocery delivery services (Instacart, Shipt, Citrus, etc.) and grocery retailers
  • Omnichannel marketing experience
