Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a driven Sales Account Manager with established relationships in the agriculture industry, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent data reporting and presentation insight and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

What you will be doing:
- Procuring potatoes from partner-potato growers or sourcing new growers to fill customer orders, upsell and or sell to new retail and food service customers.
- Coordinating new account set-up and onboarding customers with various operational areas ensuring accurate, clear and responsive communication.
- Tracking orders and resolving data and process discrepancies from the initial order through to delivery to the customer, communicating accurately and responsively with suppliers, customers, transportation services and relevant team members to ensure a exceptional customer experience.
- Building strategic sales plans and quality reporting and presentation materials in partnership with the senior sales leader.
- Assisting with the launch of a new customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborating with business units to design and record internal business procedures aimed to ensure account and order accuracy and quality potatoes for our customers.
