- Interface with, advise and support Operations in the execution of quality, food safety, and environmental/regulatory policies as required through SQF, GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SWPPP, WQMP, and Air Resource Board.
- In coordination with the Quality Manager, provide leadership for the analytical and microbiology lab team and maintain high standards of staffing and training.
- Managing all technical details of shelf life dating, handling consumer complaints, internal audits and all customer and regulatory plant audits.
- Managing the mandatory environmental/regulatory reporting requirements through best management practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Has great Leadership, Communication and Collaboration skills.
- Able to work on your own and provide strong leadership for your team and the Quality and Environmental responsibilities.
- Technically strong in the area of food science to support delivering fresh, great tasting juice to our customers.
- Flexible – as a small company we all wear several hats to get the job done.
- A principle-based leader that supports Perricone values.
- Beverage experience is a huge plus, if not, strong food quality experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or preferably Master’s degree in food science or related field with 10+ years of Food industry experience in Quality Assurances and Technical Services.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have commercialization experience across multiple technologies with excellent leadership and management skills.
