We are an Agricultural Technology Company expanding our portfolio of diversification in the Produce Industry. We pride ourselves in being innovators in new programs and concepts in the Ag Tech and Produce World.
We’re looking for a proven Director of Retail Business Innovation with strong connections to the Retail World and the drive and knowledge to build new, out of the box, programs in the Produce Industry.
A successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of fresh produce, a proven sales track record,the vision, energy and excitement to contribute to the growth of our organization especially through New Product and Program Innovation introduction and launches to the Retail World.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Strong and proven connections within the Produce Retail Industry.
- A book of business within the Retail Sector.
- Experience in launching New Innovations in the Produce Retail Sector.
- Experience in leading a program from inception to fruition.
- The vision and creative ability to help create new innovative programs in line with our company’s mission.
- Technology savvy, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Online Marketplace.
- Works well independently and within a team environment.
- 7+ years’ experience in Retail Sales, Business Innovation desired
- College degree Business, Ag Business, Agriculture Science and Mgt or similar preferred.
- Strong commodities knowledge including vegetables and fruits.
- Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and peers.
- Strong phone skills.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Able to multi-task and strong organization skills.
