We’re 4D Farm Product Sales, a sister company of DeGroot Farms. We are a full service Produce Broker sourcing and distributing produce not just from our own farms, but from the finest growers and import/export companies in the industry.

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to lead our team of produce sales professionals in our Chicago, IL offices.

The National Sales Manager directs the sales force with effectiveness and manages functions essential to sales force productivity. This includes planning, reporting, goal setting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, and recruiting and of sales force talent.

The National Sales Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. They foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s success.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum five years of sales or sales management experience in a commercial produce or other perishable sales environment.
  • Minimum five years in a sales leadership and business planning role. 
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and initiatives at once Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
  • PC proficiency
