We are currently seeking a Sales Order Specialist to maintain a high level of customer service when handling customer orders.
This position is a salaried 5.5-day position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to close

Close sales, achieve monthly targets, and commit to sales results

Organize specials and promotions

Procure new customers and follow up on leads to constantly provide customer satisfaction

Resolve delivery issues, shortage claims, and invoicing and pricing disputes

Respond to customer inquiries within a timely manner

Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet overall business goals

Review sales orders in the system and check them for accuracy

Create purchase orders and prepare invoices

Follow up on customer and supplier inquiries and monitor delivery information

Work closely with logistics regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments

Handle the needs of customers, shippers, and sales account managers
