JOB FILLED - Technical Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team based in Kingsburg, CA.
 
Requirements: 
  • Primary technical support contact for customers, prospects, and partners. 
  • Participate in sales efforts, i.e., sales visits, product demonstrations, etc. to provide a detailed overview of our technology and the potential benefits. 
  • Responsible for ongoing customer support with system design, project management, and installation services.
  • Identify system enhancements that will maximize system performance and address evolving customer requirements. 
  • Improve our support capabilities by documenting best-practices and sharing knowledge and experience with partners and peers.
Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience providing technical support
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or comparable work experience in a related technical field
  • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical individuals
  • Work between diverse organizations with overlapping business drivers and needs
Compensation: 
  • Salaried, base pay depending on experience 
  • 18 days of paid vacation per annum, accrued monthly on a pro-rata basis (1.5 days per month)
  • Medical benefits and healthcare insurance are provided by the company
