We are offering an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Fresh Produce Sales Executive. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help us grow our business.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the fresh produce industry, including retail supermarkets, foodservice operators, and other distribution channels.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, sourcing, delivery, and closing.
- Understand the needs and preferences of our customers and recommend products that meet their requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Successful candidates will have/be:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the fresh produce industry
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce products, seasonality, and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in ag, ag-business, business, marketing, or related degree (preferred)
