About the Role
Fierman Produce Exchange is building a new outbound sales team. We’ve been a NYC Terminal Market mainstay for 87 years, and now we’re doubling down on growth with a team of skilled sellers focused on hunting new business, reactivating old accounts, and driving booth sales.
We’re looking for hunters—producers who can sale and move product, build relationships, and close deals fast in a high-stakes environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and win foodservice/distributor accounts
- Reactivate lapsed customers
- Sell high-quality fruits and vegetables out of the Bronx terminal
- Collaborate with operations and fulfillment
- Log CRM activity and own your book
Ideal Background
- 3–5 years produce sales experience (terminal, FOB, wholesale or foodservice)
- Strong closer with proven ability to self-source
- Thrives under pressure and tight timelines
- Strong communicator, motivated, reliable
