Berries Paradise USA is a leading premium berry grower and direct-to-retail distributor. With 1,600 hectares in Jalisco & Michoacán, Mexico and a strong international supply chain, we deliver over 10M boxes of fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries annually to retailers across 20+ countries.
We are now expanding aggressively in the U.S. retail market and are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers with a proven track record in the fresh produce industry.
The Role
We are looking for highly qualified candidates ONLY who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 7 years of direct sales experience in fresh produce or other high-velocity perishable categories.
- Existing strong relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers at major supermarket chains (H-E-B, Publix, Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, etc.).
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing large-scale retail contracts.
- Deep understanding of short shelf-life logistics, cold chain, and high-rotation product management.
- Ability to execute with excellence (OTIF > 95%, Fill Rate > 96%).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. retail landscape in Southwest or Southeast regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and expand direct retail accounts with national and regional supermarket chains.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with category buyers.
- Negotiate high-value supply agreements and promotional programs.
- Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Represent Berries Paradise USA at trade shows and industry events.
What We Offer
- $125,000 USD base salary + 30% annual bonus.
- $70,700/mile reimbursement.
- Flexible schedule during peak seasons & trade shows.
- Initially 1099 contractor, transition to payroll & benefits within 60–90 days.
