Field Fresh Farms is seeking an Account Manager to support our sales team and help ensure excellent customer service. The Account Manager plays a key role in managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams across administration, production, and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to customer specifications.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential. The Account Manager will contribute to the success of the sales team without carrying direct account ownership or revenue responsibility.
This is an on-site position based in Watsonville, CA. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm, with some flexibility for longer hours as business needs require.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process and enter customer orders accurately in Famous and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
- Assist sales team with preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and pricing sheets.
- Track and maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and other internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with planning and organizing customer visits, trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Generate regular sales performance reports and assist with data analysis and market research as needed.
- Work collaboratively in a small, team-oriented environment while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The employee works in an office environment where the noise level is usually quiet.

OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
May require after hours work including evenings, weekend and holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role (produce or food industry experience a plus but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Famous a plus.
- Positive “can-do” attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
