International Marketing Account Manager

Job Description: 

Bryant Christie Inc. (BCI) is a growing international affairs management firm looking to build a team of intelligent and dynamic individuals.  BCI is currently accepting resumes for an International Marketing Account Manager in our office in Seattle, Washington. 

This position works directly with clients to manage the client’s participation in United States Department of Agriculture export assistance programs, and to implement market development, promotional and educational activities.  This work requires close communication with the client, with U.S. government officials, and with other domestic and international contractors.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Oversee strategic planning, grant writing, reporting, program management, client presentations, and financial administration related to his or her accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government, trade and industry to facilitate the successful execution of client marketing strategies
  • Maintain appropriate financial records for all programs and activities
  • Comply with all rules and regulations governing the use of state and federal grant funds
  • Domestic and international travel, as necessary, in the conduct of the marketing accounts
Education: 
  • B.A / B.S. required, with a preference for degrees in international business, economics, marketing, or international relations
Skills: 
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency in a foreign language a plus
  • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and programs that meet client’s objectives and are focused on changing targeted groups’ behavior
  • Ability to be diplomatic within the context of various cultures
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet schedules and deadlines and adhere to project budgets
  • Familiarity with USDA grant programs and/or grant writing a plus
