Job Description:
We are looking to expand our sales team and need a motivated individual with a college degree who wants a sales position with a well-established 20 year old organic farmer/shipper. The right candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented with good people skills. This position will report directly to the sales director and work closely with our team of professionals to assure customer satisfaction and the achievement of our sales targets. We are more focused on who we sell then the prices we sell at, we believe that building partnerships with best of breed customers will lead to superior results.

Requirements:
- College degree is not mandatory, but a plus
- Ag Experience and Famous software experience is not mandatory, but a plus
- Candidate must be willing to work long hours as needed and be a team player
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Match customer demand against our current and expected future product inventory
- Effectively communicate opportunities with customers
- Be a voice of customers within our team
- Order entry in Famous
- Troubleshoot freight issues as needed
- Attend trade shows and visit customers
