Job Description:
The Sales Service Specialist is responsible for assisting in sales invoicing, cash receipt entries, customer rebate agreements, approval of freight, brokerage, and misc. customer charges, run various sales reports, and overall provides support to other departments in sales, field, and accounting.
Overall assists in sales service functions and other departments:
- Daily sales invoicing or audit of daily sales invoicing
- Daily cash receipt entries or audit of daily cash receipt entries
- Reconcile customer rebate agreements
- Approval of freight, brokerage, and misc. customer charges
- Reconcile cooler inventory and resolve any cooler issues
- Reconcile cooling, gassing and other cooler related invoices
- Provides cross-functional backup to other sales service functions
- Assists in year-end financial audit by providing sales analysis and various reports
- Provides support to sales and field department including other accounting department with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervision
- Regular attendance and promptness are required

Requirements:
- A.A. or A.S. in Accounting or equivalent field, preferred
- 2-3 years experience in customer service with excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate a strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with highly diverse workforce
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must work well both independently and in a team environment
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
