We’re Berry People, and we love berries. With year round sourcing from growers in Mexico and California, we offer only the finest organic berries available.
We are looking for an entry level sales representative to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Become familiar and proficient with customer accounts

Recurring phone and Email solicitation of business

Provide customers with lid pricing, ad offers, and responses to RFQ’s

Pull and maintain sales orders from various B2B Ecommerce Platforms
-
Start to finish sales order and credit memo processing

Coordinate with shipping and transportation service providers

Daily passings and invoicing
-
Cross selling and tracking of customer sales, by product to budget

Price product as directed by product management

CRM, sales demand forecasting and planning

Work and/or be on call evenings and weekends, when necessary
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sales & Marketing or related emphasis preferred. Consideration given to combined education, experience, and track record.
Skills:

Assess demand and supply to determine market pricing

Proficient in use of Excel, Outlook, Power Point, & Other MS Office applications

Clear and professional verbal and written communication

Overcome objections and manage expectations

Budgeting, planning, and goal setting

Proficient in sales transaction system software (Famous or similar)

Qualifications:
- Sales coordination, produce production, quality control, packing and shipping experience a plus
