Job Description:
The Muzzi family has been involved in growing, harvesting, processing, sales and shipping of Fresh and Frozen vegetable products for over 50 years. Muzzi Family Farms handles the sales and marketing for the Muzzi’s processing companies.
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our “Frozen” Sales Team in Moss Landing, CA. This person will develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Minimum 3 years Sales experience preferred

Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent vendor management skills with strong negotiation skills

Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiencies in all Microsoft Applications

This position requires the ability and willingness to travel

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task under tight time constraints

Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Salary will be based on experience and customer base
Responsibilities & Duties:

Generate new customer leads

Make daily calls and generate sales to existing and new clients

Assist clients in selecting products and packs best suited to their needs

Develop effective pricing proposals for current and prospective customers

Provide timely solutions to issues that arise

Assist in preparation of new product launches

Assist A/R Dept, regarding collection of payments from customers

Perform other duties as required
