Job Description:
The essential function of this position is to support the sales out of PCN Coachella Office, operated in Seaview Packing. This position is an integral part of a successful sales team and ensures operational excellence by supporting not only the sales personnel, but our customers and other business partners.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support the Sales Department
- Manage Phones: not limited to just answering, but establishing personal relationships with our business partners
- Coordinating between PCN Sales Staff and Seaview Personal, includes but not limited to, all sales orders, all troubles, all final settlements
- Faxing/Emailing time specific documents
- Keying in pallet tags as Seaview staff packs our product to sale
- Adjusting and at times keying in sales orders and other information into the accounting system daily
- Managing reports and distributing to the sales/management staff as needed (both PCN and Seaview)
- Working closely with Sales, Grower Accounting, and other departments of PCN as needed to close out trouble files
- Ensuring that all transactions are completed within each week
- Recognizing variances in sales orders, and figuring out where discrepancies are coming from
- Keying in data into spreadsheets to keep orders accurate and up to date
