JOB FILLED - Quality Control - Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Description: 

The primary purpose of the Quality control / Order fulfilment coordinator is to manage incoming customer purchase orders (PO’s) and coordinating the fulfilment of those PO’s. Quality Specifications of product will define the parameters for the customer/s PO, which will in turn, define the inventory selected by you to fulfil the PO/s.
You will engage with various stakeholders in the supply chain ranging from Customers, Suppliers and Service providers.

  • Strong computer literacy – Microsoft office, cloud-based software platforms, image capture & editing
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email & Be fluent in English – Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage
  • Must be a resident of the USA
  • Be able to demonstrate a level of produce knowledge
  • Show a willingness to learn

  • The role involves acting as Quality control / Order Fulfilment coordinator of Pinnacle Fresh USA LLC
  • Your role of Quality control / Order fulfilment coordinator has been incorporated into the Pinnacle Fresh Global structure, which gives clarity to roles within in the structure
  • The company is moving towards a systemized approach, less reliant on the input on the two Directors with a clear focus on quality product and outstanding customer service
  • The Inventory / Fulfilment coordinator will build a culture of trust underpinned by knowledge, integrity, Transparency, Reliability and Action
  • Teamwork and sharing of knowledge with the team are important for the success of the company
  • Managing confidential client information is a critical aspect of this role
  • The position will be based in Los Angeles, CA, USA. The position requires you to work from multiple 3rd party site locations for set periods of time over the course of 12 months
  • You will be required to travel by car and plane on an as needs basis
  • You must be able to work autonomously on your own and possess the ability to be accountable to the team
