Interfresh, Inc. is a national leading fruit and vegetable marketer/distributor with 8 sales offices in the western United States. We are a supplier to wholesale, foodservice and retail buyers in the western region and chances are that you have eaten product we have sold at a restaurant near you! Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide administrative support to sales staff
- Regular interaction with customers, vendors and staff within the office as well as other divisions within the company
- Maintain office files and documents
- Processing of sales orders
- Responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Handle billing issues
- Processing of sales orders
- Experience with Famous Software a plus
Qualifications:
- Desire to work in an energetic, fast paced sales environment
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone
- Bi-lingual candidates preferred but not required
- High school degree required; a four year or associates degree a plus
- A great attitude!
