We produce culinary herbs using hydroponic and soil-based methods and pack them for large scale retailers and wholesalers. We are now looking for a Production Manager to join our Family Based, Values Oriented, Agriculture Enterprise.

We are seeking candidates for a production manager – exuding humbled confidence – who will oversee our growing operations.
The core, initial objective will include doubling our on-site production of culinary herbs. Many infrastructure improvements are already in place to enable this. Additionally, within the last two years, we have grown into pilot initiatives in micro-greens, hemp and a satellite field-based operation in Arkansas. Each of these areas presents unique potential and experience in any of these areas that can be shared will be a plus. On-premises housing is available for an individual or couple and can be included as part of the compensation package.
- Working side-by-side with existing team members to plant and maintain a variety of crops, harvest, clean and sanitize equipment and workplaces, monitor crops and follow established practices to Maintain plant health.
- Establishing and documenting standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contributing ideas to drive improvement.
- After building trust and rapport with existing team and delivering business results, collaborate with owners to practice and build greater leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated their desire to work in agriculture, articulate a work ethic that includes a “can-do” attitude, endurance and an embrace of physical labor, practice open, active communication and sharing, present an aptitude to work systematically and in disciplined routines & be challenging themselves for growth into greater levels of leadership.
