Ayco Farms, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida, is a premier grower, importer, and shipper of a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from multiple growing and shipping points throughout the world.
We’re seeking a Junior Sales Representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the sales process within the produce industry and have the ability to build relationships with multiple clients.
Responsibilities:

Proactively create opportunities for sales with new and existing customers

Maintain an understanding of each customer’s business and anticipate customer needs

Work directly with our sales management to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction

Enter orders and answer customer inquiries

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner and assist customers whenever appropriate

Monitor inventory levels

Assist in developing and creating customer and industry presentations
Skills and Qualifications:

Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet target goals in a fast-paced sales environment
