The sales coordinator’s role is to provide support to the sales team by performing a number of administrative management tasks, including sales order processing, assistance in business communications with retail buyers, claims management, delivery orders coordination, and tracking weekly prices.

Responsabilities:
  • Management of I trade, SPS Commerce, Foodlink, and other electronic portal transactions; and Confirmation of Quantity, Customer POs, Pricing, and Sales Terms.
  • Submitting Product Availability Templates, Forecasting Demands, and Price Key Templates; Confirming Orders Delivery Dates and making sure they are aligned with Camposol’s transportation shipping schedules.
  • Liaison between Operations and Sales in terms of Demand Planning, Business Strategy and Pricing
  • Coordinate and instruct Operations on new last-minute orders and changes due to customer needs and how new orders may have impact.
  • Documenting concerns in retail conference calls to confirm and evaluate Camposol’s performance to our retailers.
  • Troubleshoot the validity of payment shortages from customers. Orchestrate customer claims through Retailer’s vendor portals. Follow up with Retailers on the recovery of the claims; and coordinate conference calls with appropriate counterparts if needed.
  • Supports the Category Managers with reports and follow up of orders and cases. Prepares reports for different products we handle, work with category managers. Runs sales reports with data for analysis, maintains data. Maintains sales demonstration tools and applications. Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner. Develops technical presentations for potential customers.
  • Follow up in SAP- entering sales orders, credit, debit notes; returning orders in SAP. Request of credit / debit notes. Final sales registration.

Education and experience:
  • High school diploma required, AA or BS degree preferred.
  • Fresh produce experience preferred.
  • Administrative support role for at least 2 years.
  • Supporting sales or marketing staff.
