We are looking for a skilled “Administrative Assistant” to support our sales / management staff by maintaining our records, including purchases, sales receipts and payments. Ultimately, the responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day transactions of our company.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
