Church Brothers is a family operated company and one of North America’s leading grower shippers.  We supply a wide variety of vegetables to processors, foodservice customers, retail customers and the international marketplace.

We have an opportunity for a career minded individual to join our team as a Production Analyst in Salinas, CA.

As a Production Analyst you will act as the liaison between Farm Team and other departments. You will complete business cases in support of projects and participate in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts.  You will also act as a consultant and reviews all documents on projects teams.

Requirements: 
  • BS from a four-year college or university in Business with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Team player who will exceed assigned responsibilities.

  • Ability to project and explain the consequences of actions taken.
  • Maintain excellent on-going working relationships with internal and external personnel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Abel to Multi task and work in fast paced environment with accuracy.
  • Work onsite and meet position’s attendance schedule, as required by the job.
  • Requires excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel as required by the job.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Acts as a liaison between Farm and harvest departments by;
    • Opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve farming team’s communications with harvest.
    • Provides a single point of contact for farming team into harvest and acts as a conduit between the two departments.
    • Makes recommendations for product enhancements.
    • Manages farm team’s expectations of harvest.
  • Participates in Business Process sessions, acting as a documentarian, co-facilitator, facilitator, or subject matter expert in sketch sessions.
  • Conducts interviews and performs analysis in order to create Business Cases for projects.
  • Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests. Reviews requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
  • Participates in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the team.
  • Participates in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the farming team and harvest.
  • May act as a project manager on some projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
