We are a fresh produce company focused on connecting growers and buyers through efficient, transparent, and reliable trading practices. We specialize in sourcing, marketing, and distributing high-quality fruits and vegetables while building long-term relationships across the supply chain.
Our approach is rooted in market knowledge, strong logistics coordination, and a deep understanding of quality standards required in today’s produce industry. We prioritize consistency, accountability, and performance—ensuring that every transaction adds value for both suppliers and customers.
We work closely with growers, shippers, and buyers to adapt quickly to market conditions, manage risk, and move product efficiently. Whether supporting established programs or spot-market opportunities, we operate with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to trust and integrity.
This Is Not a Salary Job. This Is a Money Job.
We’re looking for experienced Produce Brokers who want real upside, not a capped paycheck.
This is a 100% commission-based role paying 50%, designed for brokers who already know how to move produce, close deals, and build relationships that last.
If you can sell, you get paid. If you can’t, this role isn’t for you.

- No base salary
- No cap on earnings
- Paid on performance — period
What You’ll Do
- Buy and sell fresh fruits and vegetables
- Leverage your existing book of business and grow it
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and terms
- React fast to market opportunities and shortages
- Work directly with growers, shippers, and buyers
- Own your deals from start to finish
