We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to maintain our existing customer base while seeking out and developing new business for an industry-leading fresh produce wholesale distribution company.

You will be joining a talented sales team that has a passion for the fresh produce business. We are looking for candidates that are energetic, aggressive and eager to help maintain the company’s reputation for integrity and excellence. You will be given all the tools and software training. Your goal is to maintain existing business and generate new business by actively seeking out and developing new customers in the retail grocery and restaurant space.
Specific goals include:
- Sell clientele fresh product line from on-hand inventory on a daily basis
- Establish contact with new accounts
- Maintain existing accounts
- Strengthen business relationships by regularly visiting customer stores and restaurants
- Promote new products to customers
- Provide analysis on sales trends, new products (varieties, packaging, etc.), customer feedback
- Monitor account receivables
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
