With warehouse and transportation operations spanning the country, Driven Group is committed to providing reliable, scalable and technology-driven logistics solutions for our customers.
Driven is a young, family-owned company that has consistently grown since its founding to nearly 10k loads / year with no outside marketing or sales team. This Brokerage Sales position would represent Driven Group’s first salesperson hire and a critical part of its continued growth trajectory.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new customer relationships for Driven Group Inc.
- Manage consistent conversations with customers with the goal of winning the right to manage the transportation of their overland fresh produce freight
- Ultimately manage a book of business on behalf of Driven Group, with primary responsibility for the load volumes and revenue across customer accounts
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of Loads and Total Revenue per Month
- Customer growth and turnover
- Gross Margin
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years in logistics coordination, freight, or similar operational roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and TMS software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
