Freshway Foods is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Manager of National Sales to lead and expand key national distributor partnerships within the wholesale produce and foodservice channel. Freshway Foods is located in Sidney, Ohio.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who thrives on relationship-building, strategic account development, and driving measurable revenue growth across a large geographic territory.
What You’ll Own
- National account growth and penetration strategy
- Contract negotiation and pricing strategy
- Product mix optimization and margin performance
- Executive-level relationship management
- Cross-functional alignment across R&D, QA, Logistics, Operations, and Finance
- Business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a visible role in shaping Freshway’s national growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience (produce/foodservice preferred)
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
- Proven success managing large-volume accounts
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
