Grown Up Fresh Produce Company is built on decades of trusted partnerships with farmers and customers across North America. Our roots go back to 1977, when Pacific Coast Fruit Company (now Pacific Coast Fresh Company) began as a family run distributor in the Pacific Northwest. Years later, Pacific Coast Trading Company launched as the company’s dedicated organic trading arm, specializing in sourcing and marketing certified organic produce. That business unit continued to grow, deepen its grower partnerships, and ultimately evolved into Grown Up Fresh, reflecting a more intentional, farmer first approach to sourcing, selling, and delivering fresh produce.

We’re looking for an experienced Produce Broker to join a collaborative, relationship-driven team. This role is best suited for someone who brings an established book of business and values trust, consistency, and long-term partnerships over quick wins.
