  • 3+ years of experience selling AgTech solutions.
  • Deep understanding of grower-shipper operations and challenges.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in simple terms.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM and other software tools to manage sales activity and forecast sales performance.
