Requirements:
- Has shown success in a sales role in which leads are self-developed
- Business or Culinary degree
- Positive experience in a related position
- Able to work on own and deliver high results
- Understanding of lead generation / qualification and selling
- Strong sales acumen
- Great organizational skills
- Able to interact with clients at all levels
- Acts quickly and decisively
- Analytical and creative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels
- 2-3 years Food industry Outside Sales/Chef experience and/or restaurant Experience A+.
- Customer service, outside sales, territory management, self-confidence, client relationships, prospecting skills, negotiation and presentation skills.
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop leads by staying up to date in the ever changing and exciting restaurant scene
- Keep a positive & fun attitude during the challenging day to day
- Drive food sales and revenue within a specific geographical region
- Existing territory and account management
- Pricing, competitive analysis, negotiations, up to date product knowledge
- Customer compliance
- Ensure seasonal produce forecasting is accurate and all data related to clients is kept up to date
- Work closely with Regional Sales Manager and teammates to support company and regional initiatives
