Lakeside Organic Gardens is looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, produce salesperson seeking a promising future and new direction to join our team. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Make contact with quality customers to initiate sales and grow the business
- Responsible for sales, retention and growth of company assigned customers
- Receive and confirm purchase orders via e-mail or by phone
- Handle customer claims and collections
- High volume customer calling is a must for this position
- Required to travel domestically to meet with customers .
- Good understanding of Organic Produce
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
- Must have strong professional communication skills
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must maintain professionalism and provide a positive company image
- Previous Organic Produce sales experience is strongly preferred
- Must be detail oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Four-year college degree or suitable industry experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
