Job Description: 

We are looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, Produce Salesperson seeking a promising future and new direction to join our team. If you're looking to develop a career and open to learning, you may fit our team.

We offer extensive training for our systems and will help fill-in product knowledge to help you meet targeted goals.

Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Make contact with quality customers to initiate sales and grow the business
  • Responsible for sales, retention and growth of company assigned customers
  • Receive and confirm purchase orders via e-mail or by phone
  • Handle customer claims and collections
  • High volume customer calling is a must for this position
  • Required to travel domestically to meet with customers
  • Good understanding of Organic Produce
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have strong professional communication skills
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills
  • Must maintain professionalism and provide a positive company image
  • Previous Organic Produce sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Four-year college degree or suitable industry experience preferred 
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
