Love Beets is looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of the customer service department.
The ideal candidate will be able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer service experience
- Supervisory experience
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience in the produce industry is preferred
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Onboard new customers
- Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
- Track customer complaint resolution
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Liaise with sales team and production team to ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered on time
- Evaluate and performance manage staff
- Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
