Job Description: 
Macadu Fresh is looking for a Salesperson to build and maintain client relationships, close new business, and develop and negotiate contracts.
This position is located in our Vineland, NJ office or Remote.
Job Requirements
  • Responsible for the entire sales process
  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Initiate sales process by cold calling and scheduling appointments to present products and services
  • Monitor and report on market conditions, competitor’s pricing, and products
  • Manage offers and promotions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with customers to drive sales
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge
  • 3+ years’ experience in the produce industry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build meaningful customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, project management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism while conducting business Compensation
  • We are offering salary plus commission and bonus
