Palogix is the premier provider of rental containers for the Fresh Produce industry Globally. We focus on providing any bulk container used to bring Fresh produce from the field to the packing or processing facility. Our inventory includes Large plastic bins, plastic totes and lugs and a large variety of specialty containers used for harvesting and moving liquids. Our large inventory allows us the flexibility to easily manage large requests with tight delivery deadlines.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team in Fowler, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, generating new revenue opportunities that align with corporate initiatives, and managing Palogix International’s existing customer base.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in sales or supply chain.
- 2 years Sales experience.
- Experience in Sales and/or Supply Chain of reusable packaging equipment a plus.
- Prior experience in agriculture preferred but not required (including internship experience).
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, etc..
- Meeting Sales Targets, Negotiation, Sales Planning, Problem Solving, Communication, and Building Relationships.
- Prior experience in agriculture preferred but not required (including internship experience).
- Ability to travel extensively (and arrange travel) up to and including air travel and multiple nights away from home or office (including occasional weekends and holidays).
