Job Description:
We are looking for a high performing Floral Sales Manager for a wholesale distribution company in Spokane, WA. This person will be responsible for assisting the company in customer acquisition and revenue growth while promoting, service, innovation in a member environment.

Requirements:

3-5 years floral experience required

Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Commit to continuous education through workshops, seminars and or conferences

Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people skills
Responsibilities & Duties:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence

Responsible for recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them deciphering needs and fulfilling those needs

Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
