Job Description:
Currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in the central Texas geography and in the Mid Atlantic Geography. Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our manufacturing operation. This fast-paced role requires a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who can handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. Join a team that's built on strong relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and service.  This role is perfect for an independent self-starter who believes in performance excellence and unlimited potential.  You will move freely throughout this large geography identifying, investigating and problem-solving thru innovation as a content expert to the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory management insuring the growth of existing customers.
  • Suspect, prospect and target account identification.
  • Research and qualification of clientele’s packaging wants and needs.
  • Sales plan development and execution on selected target accounts.
  • Negotiations of supply relationships and deal details.
  • Investigation, problem solving and innovation of packaging processes including packaging audits.
  • Order management and follow-up to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & administrative tasks as may be required by sales management and business ownership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: minimum of 3 years of sales experience required, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • A basic understanding of online search and CRM applications for prospecting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written, oral communication and people skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external contacts. You must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and possess solid time management skills.
