We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Doral, Florida in a Produce Sales / Administrative Support role. This hybrid role is absolutely critical, blending essential administrative efficiency with produce sales support and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
This role is divided into two primary areas:

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate records for inventory, stock levels, shipments, and attendance.
  • Perform data entry, including preparing sales reports and business documents.
  • Provide support with payroll processing and manage organized filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Handle general clerical duties: answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process transactions efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting documents.

Produce Sales & Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with buyers like grocery stores, restaurants, and wholesalers.
  • Generate leads and close deals: Proactively find new leads and convert them into customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Negotiate prices and agree on terms with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Assist customers by providing product information and guiding their selection.
  • Support merchandising efforts, including display setup and store presentation standards.
