We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Doral, Florida as a Sales Representative. This role is absolutely critical, Produce sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities;

Produce Sales & Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with buyers like grocery stores, restaurants, and wholesalers.
  • Generate leads and close deals: Proactively find new leads and convert them into customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Negotiate prices and agree on terms with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Assist customers by providing product information and guiding their selection.
  • Support merchandising efforts, including display setup and store presentation standards.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process transactions efficiently.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs any directly related appropriate duties assigned 
  • Handle general clerical duties: answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Be able to manage accurate records for inventory, stock levels and shipments
  • Visits customers as needed
  • Attends food shows/trade shows to further develop customer relationships and build new customer relationships.
