We have a great opportunity for an Avocado Sales Manager to join our USA Imports Division in either our Las Vegas, NV office, or their home/remote location. The Avocado Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales, service, retention and growth of assigned customers, and new customers brought on through your business development effort. Manages customer price quotes and volume allocations within the outlined parameters, including daily market quotes, short term advance pricing (Ads and Lids), and contract pricing. Holds customers accountable to price, volume and date range commitments.

The person we’re looking for has:

  • Minimum 1 year experience selling avocados (any origin).
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with new customers.
  • Proactively generate both programmed and spot sales.
  • Ability to work with Terra Exports team members across multiple countries (for sourcing purposes).
  • Attend industry and customer specific trade shows, conferences, and meetings with prospective and existing customers.
  • Assist in AR management when necessary.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Has an excellent track record and industry reputation.
  • You must be ambitious, creative, ethical, and highly motivated.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
